6 Steps to FIND and ENROLL Your First 10 Customers

1) KNOW YOUR "WHY"

This WHY allows you to push through when the hard happens.  This is your driving force behind everything!

  1. Why did you decide to start using the products?
  2. If time and money were of no issue, what would you be doing?
  3. How will this flexibility help you and your family?

2) WRITE YOUR LIST

  1. Think of 10 family and friends who are closest to you.
  2. Tell them why you're doing what you're doing (use reach out templates below).
  3. Ask for their support (by joining you or sending referrals your way).

YOU: Hey _______ Girl/Bro/Name, etc Any interest in doing a nutritional cleansing system with me? I’m ready to ______ (lose X pounds, get shredded, etc) and feel like myself again. I’ve seen so many before and afters & done all the research, it’s the real deal and I’m super excited about it.

3) POST ON SOCIAL MEDIA

Be sure your social media is set to public.  If not, head to the Getting Started tab to complete this first.

  1. Share your journey and experience.
  2. Create curiosity amongst your social circles.
  3. Use the post templates and examples below.
  4. TAG your coach/mentor in your social media post so they can support you!

POST TEMPLATES & EXAMPLES

The post on social media to create curiosity. DO NOT say ISAGENIX (when you do this people will simply google and form their own opinion), or they will automatically feel sold to & tune out. The goal is to be real, share your journey and experience. Remember your friends like and trust YOU. They will join you for YOU.

VIRTUAL WELLNESS PARTY:  This is an AWESOME way to spread the word about what you are doing, get to consultant (first level of leadership) and earn your money back and then some!

IF YOU ARE INTERESTED, ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS...

  • Let your coach/mentor know you are open to co-hosting a virtual event ASAP and they will get you all set up. You must be willing to post, invite and share your story.  Your coach/mentor will do the rest. He/she will set up the event for you and tell you exactly how the party will run.
  • Post about your Virtual Wellness Party on Facebook using this script template...
    "I was so ready to feel ________ insert Your language! (More energy, lose weight, better workouts, better sleep, better nutrition, muscle definition - insert why YOU are doing this so people will connect to YOU.) I am so excited to start this new system (IF YOU HAVEN’T started yet) OR I can’t believe my results so far... share your results - how you feel etc. and what your next goal is.

    I would really love to have some friends do it with me for some accountability! I’m hosting an online WELLNESS PARTY πŸŽ‰ just for my friends/family only, no pressure... so I can share my program and experience more in detail. If you’d like an invite let me know! You can watch from home."
  • As People comment- respond to their comments with excitement and add them to the event but again DO NOT say Isagenix. It’s not that you’re hiding it, it’s that we want to have control of how and when we educate them on the program in a private setting.
  • Lastly, it's unlikely everyone sees your Facebook post so personal invitations are key. After you've completed Step 4 (Write a Fast-Start List), invite a minimum of 50-100 from your list and message each individually with the Virtual Wellness template from Step 5.

Option 1:

YOU: Hey (name)! I’m glad you commented, one of the things that excites me most about starting this system is doing it with ______ (friends/family/people I know/co-workers, etc). This may or may not be for you, but if it is, what would you love to see happen?

THEY GIVE THEIR RESPONSE: (i.e. lose weight, have more energy, etc).

YOU: Awesome, a big reason I was inspired to get started, is because this system seriously works for everyone. I’ve seen so many incredible transformations. I know that one of the biggest things that contributed to my getting out of shape was ______, _________, ______ (enter in your personal challenges i.e.’no time to eat healthy, didn’t know where to start, too busy with the kids, working long hours, etc).

What have been some of your biggest challenges with (enter their goal— losing weight, sleeping better, etc)?

THEY RESPOND:

 YOU: I can totally appreciate that. I know you are going to love this. Since I’m just getting started with sharing, I’d love to get you on a call/message thread with my friend ______ and me. You’ll love her/him! She/he is _____ (compliment your mentor/partner: super knowledgeable, so fun, has helped so many people reach their goals, etc) plus you both ____ (share what they have in common). I trust him/her and there’s no one better to answer your questions.   Calls are best but I can also connect us via 3-way message(FB/IG/Text) if that's more convenient for you.  Do you have a preference?

HOW TO RESPOND IF THEY ASK:
“How much is it?” YOU: It really depends, everything is customized and you’re just re-allocating grocery money, so it’ll fit within whatever you’re currently spending on food.

“What’s the name of the system?” YOU: It’s called Isagenix. (and then get right back where you left off in the template)!

“How does it work?” YOU: It’s so simple, I’ll send you a few things to look at (and then get right back to the template)!


IF THEY SAY 3-WAY MESSAGE:

YOU: Perfect. I’ll connect you via _______, hold on. (let them know where… via text, Facebook messenger or Instagram)

THEM: Great! Facebook messenger is fine. I’m excited.  

CREATE A 3-WAY MESSENGER THREAD: (with you, mentor/partner & future customer)

YOU: _______(name), meet ______ (mentor/partner’s name). She/he is going to give you some more information about our wellness products & nutrition.

Now you let your mentor/partner take the reigns and guide the conversation…

FYI: Your mentor/partner will continue sharing about the system and guide your new person to make a decision based on their needs goals and budget using the DISCOVERY MESSAGE template found in the ROAD TO ENROLLMENT section at the bottom of this webpage.



IF THEY SAY 3-WAY CALL:

ONCE ON THE 3-WAY CALL:
1) Introduce your prospect to your leader first and then introduce your leader to your prospect.

2) Edify both by sharing what your prospect is looking for and what your leader is amazing at.

3) Repeat the questions/objections he or she has.

4) Mute your phone and allow your leader to lead the call.

4) WRITE A FAST-START LIST

FAST START LIST:  Write all the names you can think of in your immediate circles.  The more you can recall, the stronger start you'll have, but start with 20-40 names.

SEND A MESSAGE TO ALL THE NAMES ON THE LIST via Facebook messenger, Instagram direct message, text message, etc. (sample message templates found below in STEP 5)

Our top 3 kickstart steps for those looking to FAST TRACK THEIR BUSINESS.

THIS IS FOR THOSE "RUNNING" TO EXECUTIVE

Step 1 : Character Traits
Make a list of 10 Character Traits that you’d like to have in a partner. These are non-negotiable (i.e. integrity, honesty, leader, goal-driven, etc):

Step 2(a) : Your Executive Team
Imagine for a moment that you’re starting a multi million dollar company, which you have the potential to do here with Isagenix. Who would be the people that you would want to have around your board room table, building the company with you? Who have you always wanted to work with? Who’s great in biz? Entrepreneurial? Who’d love to work from home? Who’s into health and fitness? Who is money motivated? Who’s influential? Who wants to make an impact & has the values/traits that you wrote down? 

Make a list of 10 to 20 people, at the most, that would qualify, in your mind, for your Executive Team. 

Step 2(b):  Message your executive team using the TOP DOWN APPROACH.

This reach out approach is leading with the business first.   

STEP 1: VIA TEXT / FB MESSAGE

​YOU: Hey _____, you keep popping into my mind.  I’m working on something exciting and can’t help but think that you might be perfect for it. Would it be okay if I send you a voice memo explaining a little bit more?

​STEP 2: VOICE MEMO

​YOU: Hey Name, I hope you’re doing great/It’s been forever since we’ve talked/Hope you’re having an awesome day/etc. (be quick)

​The reason I thought of you, is because you’re one of the most (pay them a sincere compliment) ______ and _____  people I’ve ever met & I just think the world of you. 

A few days/weeks ago my friend _______ introduced me to a unique Global Health & Wellness Company called Isagenix. 

After doing my research, I realized that the company offers an incredible financial opportunity and the products are amazing too,(if you’re already on the products then add) in fact I’m already ______ (down a few pounds, sleeping better, experiencing more energy, etc).

Step 3: Expand Your List
We all know people—individuals we grew up with, our friends, co-workers or people we’ve simply come in contact with. As time goes by, you will constantly be adding to this list through referrals, new contacts, remembering old acquaintances, etc.

Never PRE-JUDGE anyone while compiling this list. Don’t worry about whether they will be interested or not. Only focus on whether or not they have one of the character traits thats non negotiable for you to have in a partner. Even contacts that do not get started will be a great potential source of referrals!

This exercise is meant to put everyone you know on paper and over time help them learn about Isagenix.

Remember: The ones you think will, won’t. The ones you think won’t will. The ones you think can, can’t and the ones you think can’t…absolutely CAN! Some Will, Some Won’t…Someone Else Is Waiting.

5) SAMPLE MESSAGE TO SEND TO YOUR LIST

“Hey, _____! I hope you’ve been well! I don’t know if you saw my Facebook post, but I’ve started a new health journey with a few friends, as I’m ready to (mention your goals). I’ve seen some epic results and am ready to feel like myself again. I’m looking for accountability buddies to make it fun, so would you be willing to try it with me? P.S. You can get a refund on any products you don’t like within your first 30 days. I’m so excited! What do you think?”

PRO TIP: Always send a personal invitation before you add anyone to any group/event unless they've already said  they wanted to be added. Always invite them and let them decide if they'd like to join and/or take a look.

6) IF THEY SAY YES:

1) Add then to your lifestyle page and tag them in a relevant post.

YOU:  “Great!  Go ahead and add yourself to our private lifestyle group so you can be browsing around on your own time learning about Isagenix & the system we'll be using as we discuss your goals.  This page will show you all kinds of great stuff _________________ (link the url to your lifestyle FB group)

Be sure to check out the short video within our welcome post (or I can just send it to you) which will give you a great overview. I’ll touch base with you in the next 24 hours to answer any questions you may have!”


***Have them add themselves to your team's lifestyle page, tag them in the welcome post that has Isagenix Advantage video.  If you're team doesn't have a welcome post with this video, simply send them this video and tag them in another relevant post related to them (their needs, goals, etc.)

 


2). Within 24 hour, follow-up with:

YOU: “Hey, _____! Hope you’re getting the info you need! What do you like best about our team page so far? Any questions?”

 


3) After they answer, say:

YOU: “On a scale of one to 10, (10 being you’re ready to get started), where are you?”

  • Regardless of how they reply, get them onto a three-way call or Zoom with a leader to help you overcome an objection or answer any questions.
  • You can respond with the Powerful Intro Template shown below

 


4) Reply to their score out of 10 with: (Powerful Intro Template)

YOU: “Fantastic, look I am only new to this so I would love for you to talk to my friend _____ , they will be able to answer that for us/explain that to us and it will help me learn too. My friend _____ has been involved/earned/achieved/lost X amount/is a mum/gym junkie/athlete/wanting to look after their inner health etc, however what I love most about (Sponsor) is (whatever you personally love about them). I know (Sponsor) is super busy, however I know if I chat to her about you she would give us 10 minutes of his/her time. What are two times in the next 24hrs you are available?  Calls are best but I can also connect us via 3-way message(FB/IG/Text) if that's more convenient for you.  Do you have a preference?

 

IF THEY SAY 3-WAY MESSAGE:

1) Introduce your prospect to your leader first and then introduce your leader to your prospect.

2) Edify both by sharing what your prospect is looking for and what your leader is amazing at.

3) Repeat the questions/objections he or she has.

4) Mute your phone and allow your leader to lead the call.

FYI: Your mentor/partner will continue sharing about the system and guide your new person to make a decision based on their needs goals and budget using the DISCOVERY PROCESS found in THE ROADMAP TO ENROLLMENT section at the bottom of this webpage. 

 

If they say NO...

  1. Thank them for their time.
  2. Ask if it would be ok if you kept in touch with them and shared new products/promotions/specials that may come up in the future.
  3. Lastly, let them know you'd greatly appreciate any referrals they would be willing to pass your way!

Step 7: Make Sure They Feel Informed

You: “Would you like me to make a recommendation for how to get started?” (Let them answer)

You: “Can you receive picture messages while on the phone?”
